Carrie Albin - Chief Education Officer and OwnerCarrie is the 'Spark' behind the business as the owner and Chief Education Officer. Her 20+ year career as a teacher, program manager, and instructional design consultant gave her the experience she needed to start Spark Performance Solutions. Her drive and dedication to her clients and passion for education ensures each project's success. Carrie supports all aspects of the instructional design and eLearning development solutions for Spark and is the project management guru. She is the reason we are always on time and on budget! Her current passion is providing meaningful learning experiences at the right time and using the right method of delivery.
Carrie holds a BA in Secondary Education from University of Michigan and a Masters in Instructional Design from Michigan State University. When Carrie isn’t working, she enjoys traveling, fitness, volunteering, and gardening. |

Matt Albin - Chief Change Agent and Solutions CoachMatt is the ‘Performance Solutions’ behind the business as the Chief Change Agent and Solutions Coach. His career spans over 20 years as a global business leader where he worked in new product development, project management, procurement, supply chain management and continuous improvement. Matt has successfully developed people and implemented Lean practices and human-centered design methods in knowledge-based work, operations and office areas across the globe including time in Europe, Canada and Latin America. His current passion is coaching individuals and organizations to develop effective thinking and behavior patterns that will improve their work satisfaction and results.
Matt has worked in the Consumer Goods, Chemical and Automotive industries. He is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Human Centered Design facilitator, holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology and an MBA in Supply Chain Management and Leadership and Change Management from Michigan State University. Matt enjoys outdoor activities, triathlons and is active in charity organizations. |
