The Project

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services wanted to create an online module to train their Eligibility Specialists on the Strengthen Families Protective Factors Framework.  The course also needed to meet Section 508 compliance.  Some of the interactions included in this course were: 

• Identification activity - learners clicked on an image to identify potential risk factors within a home
• Click to reveal activity - learners clicked on different balls a person is juggling to reveal the stressors he or she faces
• Knowledge check - at the end of the module learners are asked to answer some questions to check their knowledge of what they learned
