The Project

JB Training offered in-person workshops and live webinars on anti-harassment.  They were looking to offer their clients a subscription-based online option instead.  They were starting from scratch and did not know what tools they wanted to use or how they would administer the courses.  Based on their requirements and some additional research I recommended they use TalentLMS as their learning platform and Articulate Storyline and Vyond for the tools to create the online content.  Being that their in-person offerings were highly engaging, they did not want to lose the interactivity of the content when moving it online.  Some of the interactions included in this course were: 

• Animated videos - several animated videos showed scenarios where the learner needed to rank the behavior on a scale of 1 to 10 as harassment
• Click to reveal activity - learners clicked on different types of harassment to see more information
• Drag and drop - learners had to drag words to complete a sentence
• Knowledge checks - there were several knowledge check questions interspersed throughout the course
