The ProjectThe Amway OpX department wanted to develop an instructor-led Yellow Belt Training program. Work on the program included: development of instructional objectives, gap analysis of existing learning resources as compared to the instructional objectives, support of the program team in the area of adult learning principles, development of a program plan, design of the instructional materials, and creation of evaluation methods for the program.
